All units are single-family residences.
Recreational vehicles, commercial vehicles, boats, trailers, and similar items are not allowed on the premises.
The property is in a deed restricted community and is subject to the association governing documents.
All lease agreements must be in writing.
The lease agreement and rental application must be submitted before the lease begins and are subject to written approval.
Application fees are non-refundable.
Moving in before approval may result in tenant eviction and homeowner fines.
No lease term may be less than one year unless the association specifically allows otherwise.
The owner is responsible for removing a tenant, at the owner's expense and by legal means, if the tenant fails to follow the rules.
The home must be used only as a private single-family residence and not for commercial business use.
All renters acknowledge receipt of the association rules, regulations, covenants, and restrictions and agree to be bound by them.

Application fee is set by the association and may be charged per adult resident or as one flat application fee. Deposit is tracked by association and charged when entered above. Renewal submissions do not charge fees or deposits.
